desirable. Should be familiar with PS modules - Billing,
Receivables, Payables, Expenses, GL and Asset Management.
Key
skills: SQR / Nvision and/or Crystal Reports /
Application Engine / PeopleSoft Query.
Core
competencies: SDLC, Project Planning, Metrics,
Contract Management / Good Estimation and Costing
Skills / Experience of managing small or medium sized
offshore development teams

|
|
Experience: 8 years of experience, HR functional
background with a minimum of 2 implementations. Implementation
of Release 8 preferred.
Essentials:
Knowledge of HRMS modules covering base administration,
self service, interfaces and value added functions,
recruit workforce, training administration, competency
management, career and succession planning.
Key
skills: SQR / Nvision and/or Crystal Reports /
PeopleSoft Query.
Core
competencies: Responsible for the implementation
of the PeopleSoft HRMS package.

TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS
|
|
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS and Financial
areas with at least 2 implementations. Implementation
background on Release 8 and knowledge of administration
tools would be an added advantage.
Essentials:
Knowledge of PeopleCode, PeopleTools like Applications
Designer, Application Engine, Workflow, Integration
tools, SQR, Process Scheduler (v6/7/8) and Cube Manager
among others.
Key
skills: Oracle / SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, VB,
Unix, UNIX Shell Scripts and Crystal Reports.
