You have the winning combination if you're essentially an Engineering graduate/ MCA with 4-5 years' relevant hands-on experience to fit in as one of the following:

Mainframe Professionals
You should possess:
• Programming knowledge of Cobol, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, IMS, DB/DC, ENDEVOR
• Expertise in IEF Coolgen and SAS will be an advantage

AS/400 Professionals
You must have:
• Proficiency in CLP, ILE/RPG, CL/400, SQL/400, DB2/400, RPG/400, Cobol/400, BPCS

Web Technology Professionals
You need:
• Experience in Java EJB, with J2EE specifications, XML, XSL
• Experience in application servers such as Oracle Application Server, Netscape Application, Websphere, Weblogic and IDEs such as Visual Age
• Experience in UML and Rational Rose is desirable
• Experience in integration techniques using IBM's MQ Series, MS MQ, Web Methods will be preferred

PeopleSoft Consultants - Techno/ Functional
Your skills must include:
• Experience in PeopleSoft 7.5/ 8 (HRMS, Financials), People Tools, People Code, SQR, SQL, data mover, IQ Reporter and programming experience in any RDBMS. Expertise in Unix OS will work in your favour

• Hands-on experience in any one of the following modules viz., General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, HR, Payroll, Benefits & Administration, Time & Labour

• Experience in at least one full-life cycle implementation and/ or upgradation is preferable
