This group requires thought leaders capable of working with our Global 2000 clients in CRM, SCM, B2B, EAI, ERP and Data Warehousing in the role of:

Program Managers:
You should have prior experience in premier consulting firms or large end-user organizations in complete implementations, including multiple vendors, resource and customer management. You should have an understanding of risk management, content & knowledge management and should have managed Programs end-to-end in your past responsibility.

Consultants / Senior Consultants:
You must be proficient in multiple modules of at least one package and should have been through one complete life-cycle implementation of the same. Familiarity with business processes in one industry and thorough knowledge in a domain area along with understanding & experience of tailoring methodologies to suit customer needs is essential.

Technical Analysts:
You will work closely with team members to design and develop solutions in cutting edge technology which conform to CMM level 5 quality standards. You should be able to develop architectures in the ERP domain, analyze processes, suggest alternatives and translate them to map onto feasible technology solutions.

For the all these positions, you need to be a BE / MBA from a premier institute with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization with an excellent academic record and a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and business situations.

Expertise in at least one full-cycle implementation of SAP, Peoplesoft or Oracle Applications along with exposure and knowledge of how these applications change the face of business is necessary. Extensive experience in the modules of HRM, SCM, FI / CO or Manufacturing with preferred domain expertise in Utility, Oil & Gas, Retail, Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance or Financial Services is essential.
