HEAD - QUALITY (Job Code: HQ-02)
Experience : AT least 5 years in an MNC handling Six Sigma projects including

  • Heading a large team of quality professionals, preferably in a service industry like ITES or IT
  • Implementation of ISO 9001 quality system, Six Sigma projects and demonstrating a working model of the system
  • Experience in implementing various systems and processes in the core quality assurance and control functions

Qualification: Engineer/MBA with relevant quality certifications

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS (Job code: KAM-01)
Experience: Around 7-9 years experience in financial or service industry. Candidates should have

  • Managed programs or processes with 50+ people for overseas clientele for at least 3 years
  • Experience in process mapping and migrating processes
  • Exposure to budget formulation and profit planning
  • Ability to plan and implement strategies to achieve client deliverables and business growth.
  • Team skills and should have played an active role in creating Centers of Excellence
  • Exposure to quality concepts and good working knowledge of quality principles in the service industry

Qualification: Graduates/Post graduates, preferably in Management (Candiates with about 5 years experience may be considered for account Manager's role)

EXECUTIVE - BPO MARKETING (Job Code: EM-01)
Experience: At least 3 years in an MNC/large It organization, preferably in marketing service entities like ITES/IT with

  • Hands-on experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs and other support functions
  • Expertise in MS-Office tools
  • Strong analytical ability to develop pricing/revenue models
  • Good exposure to pre-sales processes and systems

Qualification: MBA in Marketing preferably with an engineering background.

MANAGER - CODING (Job Code: MCO-03)
Experience: Around 5 years experience in Medical coding or Medical transcription with

  • Proven leadership qualities and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding processes

Qualification: Life Sciences Graduates / Doctorate / MBBS, ideally with an AAPC or equivalent certification

CALL CENTER EXECUTIVES (Job Code: CCE-03)

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willing to work in night shifts
  • Good analytical and logical reasoning
  • Candidates with Call Center experience preferred

Qualification: graduates in any discipline

ACCENT TRAINER (Job Code: AT-01)
Experience: At least 1 year experience as a trainer in the Call Center Industry. The candidate should have

  • Strong US accent training experience for inbound/outbound call centers for the US markets
  • Proficiency in accent neutralization and language training methodology
  • Experience in induction training and on-the-job mentoring
  • Strong presentation skills, high energy levels and team spirit
  • Willing to work in night shifts only

Qualification: Graduates/Post Graduates in any discipline

COMPLIANCE OFFICER (Job Code:CO-01)
Experience: At least 3 years with the U.S. Healthcare Industry with knowledge of U.S Healthcare reimbursement system & related regulatory bodies and laws with

  • Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements, program development and compliance
  • Knowledge of relevant education program development and implementation
  • Experience in development of consolidated monitoring mechanisms
  • System change management skills at the department & organization level
  • Exposure in conducting system & process studies and audits
  • Experience with evaluation and investigation of internal/external issues or concerns

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with certification or training at seminars or conferences on Healthcare compliance
