We require the following professionals with experience in the following areas:

Senior Software Analysts (MA01)

• 5-6 years of Java / C++ development experience
  
• 3 years of J2EE / EJB development experience
  
• Experience in Java Server Pages, Servlets, JMS and JDBC
  
• Ability to write SQL statements as well as Oracle stored procedures is a must
  
• Experience in Weblogic application server
  
• Experience in HTML, XML and CSS is a plus
  
• Experience in using Rational tools
  
• Experience in Weblogic application server is a plus
  
• 3+ years of design experience using UML
  
• Consistent track record of delivering products used by many customers

Senior Analysts- EJB Performance Engineering (MA02)

• 5-7 years development experience with a minimum of 3 years in developing J2EE applications
  
• Experience in profiling tools like Optimizelt or Jprobe for profiling Java applications, identifying and fixing bottlenecks.

Senior Analysts- Oracle Performance Engineering (MA03)

• 5-7 years development experience in Oracle, EJB and Web Based systems
  
• Extensive experience in Oracle internals
  
• Must be a PL/SQL expert
  
• Well versed in Unix internals
  
• Working knowledge of DataGuard, RAC and OPS

Common skills for MA02 and MA03

• Ability to tune Oracle Databases queries
  
• Experience in using tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter for load (concurrency) and stress testing
  
• Experience in stimulating message-based load on the system
  
• Experience in developing Java Server Pages (JSP), XML and Servlets, Oracle PL/SQL
  
• Experience in developing large web based distributed systems
  
• Well-versed with deployment on Weblogic Application Server and Iplanet Web Server and tools for finding performance bottlenecks
  
• Development experience in a production environment is essential
  
• Familiar with difference between real users and concurrent user issues

Senior Software Analysts- C++ (MA 04)

• 6+ years of experience in developing C++ code in Unix and NT environments, J2EE including EJB, JSP servlets and JMS
  
• Experience in developing high performance multi- threaded code
  
• Experience using a relational database management system (preferably Sybase)
  
• Experience using Rogue Wave Database tools
  
• Experience with optimization algorithms
  
• Knowledge of Operations Research techniques
  
• Familiarity with ILOG CPLEX library is strongly desired
  
• Experience developing n-tier applications using EJB, and XML technology preferred
  
• Strong mathematical background
  
• Experience with debugging client specific performance problems in a production environment

Software analysts (MA05)

• 3 years of Object oriented development experience
  
• 2 years of J2EE / EJB development experience
  
• Ability to write SQL statements is a must
  
• Experience in developing large web based distributed systems
  
• Experience in Java Server Pages, Servlets and Oracle
  
• Some basic experience in Weblogic application server is required
  
• Experience in HTML, XML and CSS is a plus

Oracle Database Developers / Administrators (MA06)

• 4-5 years experience in Oracle DBMS
  
• Must be a PL/SQL expert
  
• Experience in Oracle 9i is necessary
  
• Knowledge of Java is required
  
• Extensive Unix scripting and PERL experience
  
• Significant ETL experience
  
• Familiarity with relational database design
  
• Working knowledge of Oracle internals
  
• 2+ years experience in working with developers in query problems, diagnostics and tuning

Build and Configuration Engineers (MA07)

• 4-5 years of development experience in Oracle, J2EE technologies and C++ applications
  
• 2 years experience as a build and configuration engineer
  
• Extensive experience in ant, make and shell scripting
  
• Specific experience in Microsoft Visual Source Safe and Starbase is a plus
  
• 1-2 years of experience in managing a version control system
  
• 1 year of MQ Series 5.x configuration and management experience

Senior QA Engineers / QA Engineers (MA08)

• 5 years and 2 years experience in Software Quality Assurance respectively
  
• 1 year automation experience with WinRunner, LoadRunner & Jmeter
  
• CSTE or CQA Certification
  
• Knowledge of SQL, Java & HTML
  
• Familiarity with complete Software Development Life Cycle.
