Test Lead (Position Code TL)
- Have around 7 to 8 years experience in software testing and
current in technology
- Expertise in test setup, configuration and deployment of web
application
software/products in a predominantly Unix environment
- Hands-on experience in test automation essential
- Expertise in databases/SQL a must
- Should be able to mentor team members and interact with technical
leads in the US
- Should have excellent written/verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of API testing in C/ C++/ Java a plus
- Knowledge of PKI, Perl, Python, Shell scripting a plus
Test Engineers (Position Code TE)
- At least 3+ years experience in Black box testing, creating
test plans/scenarios and test case writing
- Done multi platform testing on Unix (Solaris) and Windows NT/2000
platform
- Experienced in testing web applications/products
- Hands-on experience using tools like Win Runner, Silk Test or
Rational Robot would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of PKI, Perl, TcI /TK, Python or Unix Shell Programming
a plus.
Build Engineer (Position Code BE)
- Should have a minimum of 3 years experience in software engineering
covering build
and configuration management activities using tools like Clear
Case/Perforce / CVS
- Should have good understanding of software lifecycle and product
release management procedures
- Should have good Unix (Solaris) and Windows NT/2000 platform
skills using make and shell scripts
- Should have hands-on experience in setting up build environments
and trouble shooting build problems.
- Programming experience in C/C++/Java a plus
- Understanding/Experience in merging branches and automating
builds a plus
Technical Writer (Position Code TW)
- Should have minimum of 5 years experience in writing technical
documentation like user manuals, programmer guides, API references,
Administrative manuals, installation guides, release notes etc.
in a product engineering environment
- Experience in writing/developing online help using tools like
Webworks or Robo Help
- Should have experience in using tools like FrameMaker, Adobe
Acrobat
- Expertise in editing/reviewing documentation and usability aspects
of GUI
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have experience in writing style guides, setting documentation
standards, designing templates and layout of documents
- Familiarity with Internet technologies on Unix and Windows platforms
Dev Lead (Position Code DL)
- 4 to 7 years software engineering experience with C/C++, make
and shell programming
- Sound understanding and experience with Unix platforms like
Solaris, AIX etc.
- Should have worked on a single product or a large project and
seen entire release cycles
- Should have experience with one or more areas of Unix system
calls like IPC, threading, signals etc.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Should have worked well in a team and understand team dynamics
- Understanding of protocols like HTTP, FTP, SSL and deployments
including firewalls/proxies a plus
- Experience/knowledge of PKI, Perl, Apache internals or modules
like mod_ssl a plus
- Multiplatform development and deployment experience a plus
Senior Consultant – Professional Services (Position Code
PSO)
- Looking for a hands-on person with deep technical skills, for
short cycle PSO assignments
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably 10+years
