Graduate Engineer with 5-6 years of experience
in Software Testing. Will be responsible for developing, deploying
and managing the testing processes in an Offshore Development Environment.
Should have led a team of Test Engineers and managed test execution
for multiple concurrent cycles. Good exposure on testing methodologies
with strong interpersonal skills required.
Test Engineers
Graduate Engineer with 3 - 4 years of experience
in Software Testing. Responsible for executing end-to-end testing
of specific test scripts with a strong desire for quality and attention
to detail. Ability to understand requirement documents and write
test plans. Execute, analyze and keep track of test results with
experience in writing and debugging automated test scripts.
Skills required for the above positions:
« Product
testing experience using manual and automated testing
« Strong
UNIX skills (HP-UX / AIX / Solaris)
« Working
knowledge in RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 / Sybase)
« Experience
in Test Tools (Silk / Rational / Winrunner)
« Exposure
in installing Webserver / Application Server (Weblogic / Websphere
/ iPlanet / Apache)
« Web
Application Testing experience would be an added advantage.
Release Validation Engineers
Graduate Engineer with 4 - 6 years of experience
in Software QA/Testing. Strong in concepts of testing life cycle.
Ability to prepare test strategy, test plans and test case design.
Hands on experience with Black Box Testing, System Testing and GUI
Testing. Preparation of Shell / test scripts for applications running
on Linux / UNIX and Windows NT platforms. Should have done testing
in a UNIX environment.
Release Engineers
Graduate Engineer with 4+ yrs of experience
in Build / Configuration Management. Strong in Make files (Make, Clear
Make), Perl and Unix Shell Scripting, Experience in Clear Case Administration
desired. Should have strong Build Process skills & knowledge of
Quality Processes. All candidates must
possess good communication skills and ability to work in teams to
meet common objectives.
