would provide consulting services to clients in North America
either from India or from North America.
Applications Technical Consultants (Code: NAC
01)
Experience: 2-9 years
Mandatory: Experience with
customizing Oracle applications, including strong skills in PL/SQL,
Oracle Applications core technology (10.7,11.03,and 11i), Oracle
Developer – Forms & Reports. Familiar with Oracle Applications
APIs. Good knowledge of Oracle application system administration
activities. Knowledge of Oracle Workflow, Application Object Library,
and Portal.
Desirable: Programming experience
in Java, Servlets, Java Server Pages, Oracle Discoverer, JDeveloper,
CRM Foundation.
Technology Consultants
(Code: NAC 02)
Experience: 2-9 years
Mandatory: Oracle product knowledge preferred in Development
Tools: JAVA, J2EE, JDEVELOPER, PL/SQL, SQL, *Plus. Knowledge of
Oracle9iAS, Oracle 9i DBA. Structure programming, C, C++. Hands-on
knowledge of Windows and UNIX (Solaris/HP/AIX) server environments.
Working knowledge of a CASE tool (Oracle Designer preferred).
Desirable: Experience in System Performance and Tuning,
Data Modeling, and network familiarity. Knowledge of OC4J, JSPs,
Servlets, EJBs, JavaBeans.
Delivery Manager (Code:
NAC 03)
Experience: 6+ years
Delivery Management / Program Management experience with large
IT organizations. Knowledge of Oracle Technologies and Methodologies.
Project Management experience, preferably with projects involving
geographic distribution of resources. Analytic skills to uncover
root cause of problems. Negotiation and interpersonal skills in
escalating and resolving problems. Experience with quality processes
and quality certification processes such as SEI-CMM, ISO and/or
Six Sigma. Experience in project management methodologies.
Functional Applications
Consultants (Code: NAC 04)
Experience: 5+ years
Experience with Oracle applications either as a user or implementor.
Experience in Use of implementation and/or other consulting methodologies.
Strong functional experience in any one of the following functional
domain areas: Manufacturing, Financials (Accounting background
with knowledge of accounting principles desirable), Distribution,
Material and Resource Planning, Logistics Transportation, HRMS,
CRM Sales, Marketing, eCommerce. Exposure to domain testing or
Implementation knowledge of any of these areas in Oracle Application
or any other major ERP package.
BI & W Consultants
(Code: NAC 05)
Experience: 2-6 years
Hands on data warehouse or business intelligence implementation
experience. Knowledge in Oracle 8i, 9i, Express Server, 9iAS,
Oracle Designer, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Sales Analyzer, Oracle
Financial Analyzer and Oracle Warehouse Builder.
Experience in implementing web based solutions including
programming in JAVA, HTML, JAVA script. Extensive knowledge in
Data Warehouse concepts and BI applications. Strong working knowledge
in data modeling and data architectures, dimensional modeling
and relational data modeling required. Hands-on knowledge of Windows
and Unix (Solaris). Strong working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
DBAs (Code: NAC 06)
Experience: 2-9 years
Mandatory: Oracle Applications System Administration experience
and in-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications Utilities. Strong
Oracle database 8.x-9i administration skills. Oracle database
and application upgrade experience.
Unix systems administration experience. Oracle applications systems
administration experience.
Desirable: Performance/regression testing experience using
Mercury tools (Loadrunner, Winrunner). Experience customizing
Oracle applications including: PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, 9i AS, Apache
web server, Java Servlets, JSPs, Knowledge of Oracle Workflow,
CRM Foundation, Applications Object Library, Portal and Other
Oracle products.
