PROJECT
MANAGERS
Must have at least 10 years of IT experience including over 5 years
experience on PeopleSoft projects in HRMS/Financial suites. Must
have lead PeopleSoft projects as PM with strong Technical &
Functional skills. Must have worked on PeopleSoft HRMS/Financial
8.x and possess understanding of quality methodologies, Strategic
t h i n k i n g, A n a l y s i s, P l a n n i n g,
N e g o t i a t i o n, Conceptualization and Presentation. Leadership
and Communication skills is a must.
Qualification: MCA/B.E./B.Tech/MBA
TEAM
LEADERS
Must have around 6-8 years of IT experience including over 4 years
experience on PeopleSoft projects in HRMS/Financial suites; Must
have lead projects as team lead; Very strong Technical & Functional
skills; Very strong in HRMS/Financial concepts. Must have worked
on PeopleSoft HRMS/Financial 8.x; Leadership and Communication skills
is a must.
Qualification: MCA/B.E/B.Tech
FUNCTIONAL
CONSULTANTS
Candidate should be Post Graduate in Human Resource or Finance with
around 5 years of domain experience out of which at least 2-3 years
should be in PeopleSoft HRMS/Financial as a Functional Consultant.
Should be a self starter and extremely good communicator and team
player. Tasks include requirement study, GAP analysis, solution
design, testing and end user training.
Qualification: MCA/MBA
PEOPLESOFT
TECH TEAM MEMBERS
At least 1-3 years of experience in PeopleSoft, Peopletools,SQR.
Also must have strong RDBMS knowledge.
TECHNICAL
CONSULTANTS
Must have around 4-8 years of IT experience including over 2-4 years
experience on PeopleSoft projects in HRMS/Financial suites; Very
strong Technical skills; Strong HRMS/Financial concepts is desired.
Must have worked on PeopleSoft HRMS/Financial 8.x and very strong
RDBMS concepts. Positive attitude and good team player.
Qualification: MCA/B.E/B.Tech
PEOPLESOFT
DBA/ADMINISTRATOR
At least 2 years experience on SQL Server/Oracle as primary DBA
and 2 years of experience on PeopleSoft platform. Strong skills
in SQL query language are required. PeopleSoft DBA activities in
a SQL Server/Oracle Environment, Creating, Refreshing and Tuning
PeopleSoft databases, Applying patches and retrofitting patches
and
c u s t o m i z a t i o n s , Performing Security, Database maintenance,
compare, migration.
Qualification: MCA/B.E./B.Tech
PEOPLESOFT
SECURITY GURU
At least 4 years of experience working in PeopleSoft as developer
with at least 1-2 years in managing various security aspects of
PeopleSoft security. Must know all possible types of security in
PeopleSoft, Row Level Security, Object Level Security, Data Level
Security, Audits, Upgrade, Maintain Security.
Qualification: MCA/B.E./B.Tech
APPLICATION
ARCHITECTS
At least 4-6 years experience as Application Architect. Expertise
in integrating applications at enterprise level.
