Software Development positions include:

UNIX /LINUX/MAC (Non-Windows) Development Leads (Job Code: SWL-Non-Windows) Required: Minimum 6-9 years of hands-on development experience on Non-Windows platforms. C++ programming skills a must have in addition to good SDLC experience and design skills. Would require proven experience of at least 2+years in a hands-on lead role. Ability to work independently, good leadership and communication skills a major plus. Product development experience desirable. Good software development practices, OOD, UML, etc. BE-CS or equivalent.

Web/DNA Apps Development Leads (Job Code: SWL-Web) Required: Minimum 6-9 years of hands-on development experience in development of Web based DNA applications using ASP, Visual Basic, SQL 2000, COM/COM+, MTS, Java Script, VB Script, HTML, XML, XSL. Strong SQL server stored procedure skills, VB component development, and MTS experience must. Good SDLC experience and design skills needed. Would require proven experience of 2+ years in a hands-on lead role. Ability to work independently, good leadership and communication skills a major plus. BE or MCA.

Web/DNA Apps Development Engineers (Job Code: SWE-Web) Required: 3-6 years experience in development of Web based DNA applications using ASP, Visual Basic, SQL 2000, COM/COM+, MTS, Java Script, VB Script, HTML, XML, XSL. Strong SQL server stored procedure skills, VB component development must. Good SDLC and design skills a plus. BE or MCA.

ASP Programmers (Job Code: SWE-ASP) Required: 3+ years proven expertise in Active Server Pages and VB Script coding techniques. C++, and advanced HTML a plus. Desired: XML, JavaScript, UI Design, Visual SourceSafe. Experience with ActiveX Data Object utilizing SQL Stored Procedures and ability to code web form to database procedures using ADO and SQL Server 6.5.

Software Development positions include:

Software Development Leads (Job Code: SWL-Magic) Required: Minimum 6-9 years of software development experience and practical experience with a lifecycle software development methodology. Mastery of 4 or more of the following: C, C++, VB, ASP, HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, XML; experience with remote development, preferably with US-based software companies; a thorough understanding of SQL and relational databases; experience in software internationalization and localization including multi-byte character sets; the ability to work independently as well as being a team player; and, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Software Development Engineers (Job Code: SWE-Magic) Required: Minimum 2-5 years of software development experience and practical experience with a lifecycle software development methodology; mastery over 3 or more of the following: C, C++, VB, ASP, HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, XML; a good understanding of SQL and relational databases; the ability to work independently as well as being a team player; and, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The Software Development Engineer participates in both back-end (COM, COM+, C++) and front-end (VB Script, VB, HTML, ASP, JavaScript, DHTML) development tasks. The duties of this role include writing code, performing unit testing, and debugging applications using prescribed programming languages. BE or MCA.

Software Development Automation (Job Code: SWE-Automation) Required: Minimum 4+ years combined Development and QA experience in a white Box environment. 2 or more years of test automation development in C or a scripting language. Test automation, specifically with Win Runner and Load Runner. Experience with development and automation of the QA Testing process. Advanced knowledge & experience with C/C++, IIS, Database Systems, Unix, Win 2K a definite plus. BE or MCA.
