1) Microsoft SQL Server – Job Code: GSC 001
Strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle 8i/9i, Windows 2000 Server: Programming in C++: Experience in Database Administration, MCDBA is preferred.

2) Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project – Job Code: GSC 002
Project Management Software Experience, Experience in Visio, AutoCAD or any other business graphics software, Strong VB or VBA programming skills.

3) Microsoft Internet Information Server – Job Code: GSC 003

Experience in VB and ASP programming,

4) Services For UNIX (SFU) – Job Code: GSC 004
UNIX System Administration in a mixed UNIX/Windows environment: Windows 2000 Server: Windows Active Directory: NFS Experience: Shell, Perl and Awk Scripting . Knowledge of SFU2.0 or Interix2. X preferred.

5) Partner Presale Technical Support – Job Code: GSC 005
Must possess strong demonstrated background in Microsoft as well as products from IBM, Oracle, Sun as well as Linux. Must also understand product features, configuration and compatibility. A technical sale, technology marketing experience would be desired.

6) Partner Technical Service Coordinator – Job Code: GSC 006
Must possess strong account management skills. The candidate should also have demonstrated technical skills on the broad range of Microsoft products. MCSE or MCSD required. Experience in the field of hardware or software support desired.

Experience Level: (for all the above positions)
Support Professional – 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
Team Leaders, Team Managers – 4 to 10 years (proven team management experience)

Educational Qualification:
B.Tech or its equivalent in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

For all the above positions a MCP, MCSE, MCSD or a MCDBA is preferred. Must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
