PeopleSoft: PeopleSoft EPM, CRM Financials, HRMS PeopleSoft technical tools (PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application engine, SQR)
Siebel: Siebel configuration / developer. Experience with EAI, scripts, Siebel tools, EIM

Candidates with 8 to10 years of experience in Siebel CRM business analysis.

DATA WAREHOUSING
Technical Specialists (DW-01)
Senior Programmers, Team Leaders, Project Leaders with 3-8 years of experience, possessing one or more of the following skill sets:

Technical Skills: Informatica, Cognos, Micro Strategy, Business Objects, Data Warehousing Oracle Sales Analyser, Oracle Financial Analyser
Database: Oracle
MDB: Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Express implementation experience of medium to large warehouse required.

WEB TECHNOLOGIES
Technical Specialists (JC-01)
Senior Programmers, Team Leaders, Project Leaders with 3-10 years of experience, possessing one or more of the following skill sets:
Language: Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, XML, C, C++, VC++
Database: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server DB2
O/S: Unix, NT, W2K, Linux
Middleware: Weblogic, Websphere, MQ, MQSI
Design tools: OO/UML design, Erwin, Rational Rose

SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Functional / Domain experts / System Integrators to work as part of the system integration group. Should have at least 6 years of experience – in corporate banking and/ or treasury related experience in banks. Should possess excellent communication skills, team management skills, client handling skills and a readiness to learn.

SOLUTION ARCHITECTS
Should have at least 8 years of experience, including solid involvement in the design of complex applications / products. Should possess awareness of the latest technologies, project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of large teams. Banking / financial services exposure is essential.

SENIOR PROJECT / PROGRAM MANAGERS
Should have at least 12 years of experience. A demonstrated ability to manage large projects involving the implementation of multiple applications / products, excellent communication skills, banking / financial services knowledge, strong team management skills, international exposure and client handling skills are required. Multicultural exposure / Knowledge of foreign language is an advantage.
