Senior Engineers

• Knowledge of telecom test benches / tools and measuring equipment
  
• Knowledge of any ISDN, Wireless Protocol Stacks essential (CDMA, WCDMA, GSM)
  
• Understanding of conformance & core specifications
  
• Knowledge of scripting languages like TTCN / TCL
  
• Exposure to large-size telecom product or handset testing
  
• Experience in defining test strategy, architecture, test design and generating test scenarios
  
• Experience in building an automated test system
  
• Exposure to conformance & Interop testing
  
• Experience in White box testing
  
• Working knowledge of BTS / BSC switches
  
• Ability to create a test framework to test a given application on multiple platforms

DSP – Multimedia

Senior Engineers, Project Leaders

• DSP for Audio / Video codecs (preferably TI DSP processors like C54x / C55x Or ARM, DSPG)
  
• Working knowledge of standards like MPEG 4, MPEG 7, JPEG, etc.
  
• Working knowledge of Audio and Video compression standards
  
• Multi-threading including IPC mechanisms

Wireless

Senior Engineers, Project Leaders

• Expertise in C, C++
  
• Experience in telecom / wireless with a good understanding of call processing, supervision, OAM
  
• Hands-on experience in application development on RTOS like VxWorks, pSOS
  
• Experience in operating system maintenance for a telecom product
  
• Exposure to Configuration Management / Build processes, Clearcase, Multisite
  
• Exposure to all phases of Software Development Life Cycle, good debugging and analytical skills
