To strengthen our operations, we are looking for bright professionals with significant experience in one or more of the following areas:

SERVICE QUALITY: (DEPT. CODE: SQ)

Focuses on defining and monitoring world - class service quality delivery standards, developing and launching service standards at customer touch points, ensuring key business processes are aligned to these and developing a quality audit system.
Experience in Service Quality and Process Control in a Financial Services/BPO organisation is a desirable requirement.

Senior Manager – Service Quality (Job Code: SQ1),
Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to the Associate Director-Operations, overall responsibility for service standards and quality measurement. MBA/Post Graduate with 7-10 years of experience.
Coordinator – Service Quality (Job Code: SQ2)
Location: Gurgaon

MBA/Post Graduate with 3-5 years of experience.
Executive–Service Quality (Job Code: SQ3), Location: Gurgaon
MBA/Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience.

Systems: (DEPT. CODE: SM)

Responsible for defining functional system requirements for policy administration, customer relationship management and other operations systems aligned to business goals, ensuring efficient and effective system testing and implementation.

Coordinator – Systems (Job Code: SM1),
Location: Gurgaon

Graduate with IT qualifications, preferably BCA, GNIIT with a cumulative experience of 3-5 years, including 1-2 years of IT business interface experience.
Experience in UAT of financial services or insurance systems is an added advantage.

UNDERWRITING: (DEPT.CODE: UW)

Responsible for appropriate risk assessment for all underwriting cases, including medical and non medical underwriting, ensuring underwriting guidelines are adhered to, and providing a speedy and efficient underwriting service.
Relevant life insurance knowledge and sound understanding of underwriting principles are a requirement.

Underwriting Manager (Job Code: UW1), Location: Gurgaon
Post Graduate with 7-10 years of experience.

Underwriter (Job Code: UW2), Location: Gurgaon
Graduate/Post Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

CUSTOMERSERVICES: (DEPT.CODE: CS)

Focuses on providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timeliness and quality of service delivery for all customer queries, concerns and issues, agency support, documentation support and complaints resolution and tracking.
Relevant experience gained in a Financial Services/BPO organization is a requirement.

Manager – Customer Services (Job Code: CS1),
Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai and Chennai

Post Graduate with 5-6 years of experience.
Coordinator – Call Centre (Job Code: CS2), Location: Gurgaon
Graduate/Post Graduate with 3- 5 years of experience.
Executive- Call Centre (Job Code: CS3), Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai. Chennai
Graduate with 1 year of experience.

OPERATIONS: (DEPT. CODE: OS)

Responsible for managing the back office processing centre, establishing best-in-class benchmarks for processing new business and policy servicing and ensuring that all transactions are executed effectively.
Experience in back office operations of a Financial Services or a BPO organization is a desirable requirement.

Manager – Operations (Job Code: OS1), Locations: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai
Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-6 years of experience.
Coordinator – Operations (Job Code: OS2), Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai
Graduate/Post Graduate with 3- 5 years of experience.
Executive-Operations (Job Code: CS3), Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai. Chennai
Graduate/ Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience.

BRANCH OPERATIONS: (DEPT.CODE: BO)

Responsible for managing branch level new business and customer services, providing excellent customer service and business processing as per established quality and service benchmarks.
Experience in customer services or branch operations in a Financial Services or a BPO organization is a desirable requirement.

Coordinator – Branch Operations (Job Code: BO1)
Location: Delhi, Pune and Vadodara

Graduate/Post Graduate with 3- 5 years of experience.

Executive- Branch Operations (Job Code: BO2),
Location: Delhi, Coimbatore and Vadodara

Graduate/ Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT: (DEPT.CODE: FS)

Responsible for managing the investment and policy related financial operations, including investment settlement, custody and fund accounting operations, bank reconciliation and payment control.
Relevant experience in a Financial Services organization with exposure to financial control and internal audit is a requirement.

Coordinator – Financial Support (Job Code: FS1),
Location: Gurgaon

MBA/ICWA with 3-5 years of business experience
Executive – Financial Support (Job Code: FS2),
Location: Gurgaon

MBA/ICWA with 1-2 years of business experience.
