REGIONAL MANAGERS
A Management graduate from a reputed B-school (IIMs, XLRI, FMS etc.) with over 6-8 years of experience, preferably in the Service Management Industry. You will independently build, nurture and motivate a team of Centre Managers to successfully develop and manage the region. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of centres and franchisees within the state effectively.

FRANCHISEE SUPPORT / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
A specialist in the Service Management Industry with excellent co-ordination and organizing skills, you will be the one-point contact for all our franchisees. You will facilitate training, logistics, marketing initiatives etc. for our franchisees. You should have a solid academic background and experience of 3-4 years.

CENTRE MANAGERS
With an academic background of a premier B-School (IIM's, XLRI etc.) and a strong experience of 2-3 years, preferably in the Service Industry, you should have the ability to lead a team to actualize their potential and deliver results. You will be responsible to independently manage a profit center. You will build, drive and motivate your team to achieve the set targets.

INSTRUCTORS (English / Mathematics)
Apart from a genuine liking for your subject, you must posses the enthusiasm and the ability to translate that liking into a flair, and impart it to students in an innovative manner. You should posses the ability to mentor and guide students to improve their performance. You should be a post-graduate or an MBA from a reputed institute.
