• BE/ME/MCA with work experience in Telecom service provide domain.(OSS/BSS, Billing, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have min. 2-3 yrs. Of project and people management experience. Good knowledge in quality processes.

Designers/Sr.Designers (3-5yrs.)

• BE/ME/MCA having worked on Mainframe technologies like IMS DB/DC + PLI or C, IMS DB/DC with Assembler, JCL Stratus VOS +PLI or C, Stratus VOS device driver. Experience on IMS DB/DC or Stratus is mandatory. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to work in large teams. Good knowledge in quality processes.

Consultants/Application Leads (5yrs.+)

• BE/ME/MCA having worked on Mainframe technologies like IMS DB/DC + PLI or C, IMS DB/DC with Assembler, JCL, CICS Stratus VOS + PLI or C, Stratus VOS device driver. Experience on IMS DB/DC or Stratus is mandatory. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have led a team of 5 to 8 people. Good knowledge in quality processes.

Project Managers/Program Managers (8yrs.+)

• BE/ME/MCA with work experience in Mainframe technologies like IMS DB/DC + PLI or C, IMS DB/DC with Assembler, JCL,CICS. Experience on MVS + C + Unix is mandatory.

• BE/ME/MCA with work experience in Mainframe technologies like Stratus VOS + PLI, JCL,CICS. Experience on Status VOS is mandatory.
