Solution Architects
Skill Sets Required:
Graduates with 13+ years experience.

• Must have consistently played the role of Technical Architect in Enterprise solutions.
• Envisioning integrated IT solutions spread across various eCommerce oriented technological platforms related to finance business applications.
• Should have hands-on design experience in using Java/J2EE/EJB/. Net Frame Work/XML and SQL/RDBMS technologies.
• Must have an in depth understanding of the technological trends.
• Must have experience in architecting and designing solutions that perform optimally

• Managing large and complex IT projects.
• Must have sufficient projects life cycle experience including project planning, monitoring and control techniques.
• Must have experience on handling onshore/offshore projects.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in managing iterative RAD based projects
• Should be familiar with systems analysis and design tools.
• Must have hands-on-experience in estimating and managing development teams on Java/.Net Technologies.
• Must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams of up to 70 persons.
• Must be exposed to various quality initiatives including CMMI, Six Sigma etc.
