Developers:
Experience: 2+years
1. Java Developers - Application/Tools Development
Strong coding, debugging and testing skills in java with experience
in one or more of the following: Java Beans, EJB, JSP/Servelets,
J2EE, JDBC, XML, XSL, Web Services, Design Patterns & Java Script.
Experience in designing and developing web-based applications. Strong
technical knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Desirable: Experience in an
e-business application development environment and/ or tools development.
Functional knowledge of CRM/ERP flows. Experience in customization
and implementation of Oracle Applications.
2.
C++/VC++ Developers
- Strong
experience in C++, VC++ for application development preferably
on winCE devices. Should have exposure to Database and SQL.
Development experience in mobile disconnected applications will
be an added advantage. Functional expertise in Field Service
domain will be preferred.
- C++
developer with strong knowledge of data base structures, scheduling
algorithms, heuristics and operations research.
3.
Developer 2000
Strong coding, debugging and testing skills in Oracle Forms 4.5/5.0/6.0,SQL,
PL/SQL and Pro*C. Candidates should have either:
a) Exposure to applications development in at least one of the following
domain areas: Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Human Resources.
OR
b) Oriented towards technical details of Forms, Applications-to-Forms,
Integration etc.
Functional/
Quality Assurance Experts:
Experience: 2+years
Strong functional experience in any one of the following functional
domain areas:
Manufacturing, Distribution, Material and Resource Planning, Logistics
Transportation, HRMS, CRM Sales, Marketing, eCommerce. Should have
exposure to domain testing or implementation knowledge of any of
these areas in Oracle Applications or any other major ERP package.
Should have Win Runner exposure or other major test automation tools.
Techno
Functional:
Minimum of 2 years experience. Strong coding skills in SQL/PLSQL,
java and Oracle Reports.
Good functional understanding in one or more of the following domain
areas: Finance, Distribution, Procurement, Contracts, HRMS, Education,
CRM Sales & Marketing, eCommerce. Hands on experience in the
above domain areas in Oracle Applications or any other major ERP
Package.
Manager
Position: Candidates with
all the above skills who posess 8 or more years of experience and
have lead a team in development or customization would be considered
for Manager position.
Database
Administrators:
Experience: 2+ years
Experience in Database Administration of customer production environments,
exposure to Database/Application performance tuning, Backup, Recovery
in UNIX environment and experience with Perl scripting.
Desirable: Strong SQL Performance
tuning skills.
Applications
DBA/Configuration:
Experience: 2+years
Very good technical exposure to Oracle Apps system Administration
and Applications DBA and/or Implementation experience in Application
Object Library and/or Applications DBA with experience in configuration
experience in XML, Java and related development tool kits.
Technical Writers:
Experience: 2+years
Technical writing experience for a software product, including end-user
documentation. Demonstrated proficiency with documentation related
tools such as Acrobat and Microsoft Office products. Excellent written
and verbal communication skills.
Product
Manager:
Experience: 2-5years
Experience
in software development/project management/product management in
CRM domain areas with exposure to wireless/mobile technologies.
Oracle/SAP/Siebel Implementation experience at a customer site is
a plus.
Responsibilities would include requirements creation, product positioning,
and development partner relationships.
