DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Position Code: FB/DM/1/03)
10-12 years of experience of which 5-8 years must relate to Process Control Engineering and Operator Interface Application packages. Should have minimum 3-4 Yrs of Project Management experience with working knowledge of CMM practices is a must, Exposure to design and development of "C" and "C++" software, VC++ development environment using Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) is essential. Experience must also include resource management, team building and leading groups to successful project completion.

TEST ENGINEER (Position Code: WW/TE/1/03)
3-5 years of product testing experience. Candidate must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as functional design, specifications, quality program specifications & Write test/use cases. Development of automated test programs using tools such as Silk or Winrunner for industrial and/or factory automation is a must. Exposure on Windows XP operating system, SQL Server, Oracle, C++, COM and DCOM, Wonderware Factory Suite product (InTouch, In Track, InSQL) would be an added advantage.

TEST LEAD (Position Code: WW/TL/1/03)
5-8 years of experience on software testing with application knowledge of windows environment, Sun Solaris, Unix, Visual C++, MS Project is a must. Experience with automated testing tools, Foxboro I/A operating system is essential.. Should have handled small teams towards successful project completion.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER /TECH LEAD
Total 5-8 Yrs experience for all the position codes below.

Position Code: OI/SE/1/03- Skills: At least 5years experience in C,C++ or assembly language. Proficiency in OOAD, UML, MFC, X-Windows Motif is a must. Familiarity with Operating Systems such as VRTX, VRTX32, OS9, Solaris 2.5.1,Windows NT 4.0, Windows XP, Solaris 8 and excellent debugging skills with ability to simulate and diagnose problems is essential. Working knowledge of Process Control Systems is a plus.

Position Code: IA/SE/1/03 - Skills: At least 5 years experience in the design and development of applications in a Windows environment using VC++ with Micro soft Foundation Classes (MFC) and Relational/ Object database management systems is a must. Should be proficient in diagnosing windows generated crash dumps. Experience on Object-Oriented Analysis &Design and process control systems would be an added advantage.

Position Code: WW/SE/1/03 - skills: At least 5 years experience in the design and development of applications in a Windows environment using VC++, COM. SQL Server and IIS web technology is essential. A minimum of two years experience in XML is a must.
