Team Leaders: You will have in you the skills and qualities required to build, direct and motivate your team towards achieving set objectives. You will ensure that every member of the team contributes his/her best t the effort in a creative open environment that allows free flow of ideas and value adding suggestions, which forms the basis of a strong cohesive unit.

Educational Qualifications:A BE/MCA/BSC/DIPLOMA with In-depth knowledge of Computer HW, OS & Application ToolsLogical skills with a problem solving approach

Experience: Minimum 36 months industry experience is needed. Of this, at least 10 months given to leading a team of 8-12 members.

Technical Support Executives: You will service customer calls adhering to given process, co-ordinating with the other team members and organization about resource availability. The job demands excellent communication skills, a neutral accent and high confidence levels, to ensure will report to your team lead and will be accountable in every respect for team performance.

Educational Qualifications:A BE/MCA/ Graduate with CBS/CAN/MACP etc. Certification with a keen understanding of the nature of business requirements.

Experience: 6-18 months of industry experience as a Tech. Support Executive, servicing overseas clients, preferably in Tech.
