Sr.Product
Mangers/ Sr.Business Consultants-Retail Banking / Consumer
Lending /Operations- (SBCPM/RT/03)
You
will manage and develop the Finacle core banking product with
your understanding of emerging trends in the global banking
arena. Both roles involve detailed interaction with bankers
globally and require extensive international travel. For these
positions, you need to have:
- 5
- 10 years experience with MNC or Private sector Banks /NBFCs
/ Consulting Firms / Banking Software companies
- MBA/
CA with strong domain knowledge and outstanding communication
skills.
- Prior
international work experience would be an added advantage
Product Mangers / Business Consultants - Treasury- (BCPM/TRS/03)
You
will be responsible for developing and managing the treasury
banking product. There are opportunities available for bankers
with experience in FX, Money Market and securities dealing,
Operations and settlements and risk management. Knowledge
of and Prior experience with internationally available treasury
products would be a strong advantage. For these positions,
you
need to have:
- MBA
with at least 5 years' experience in Treasury with MNC or
private sector banks
- strong
domain knowledge with good communication skills
- Prior
working Knowledge in banks abroad would be an added advantage
Product
Managers / Business Consultants / Customer Relationship Management
(BCPM/CRM/03)
We
have exciting opportunities for CRM professionals who are
keen to work with banks worldwide. The roles require the incumbents
to have a good understanding of the usage of CRM in the banking
industry. Any Prior experience with CRM strategy, implementation,
applications, product management and development would be
a big plus. For these positions, you need to have:
- At
least 5 years’ experience in CRM, preferably in the
banking business
- Strong
domain knowledge with good communication skills
- Prior
working Knowledge in banks abroad would be an added advantage
Business Consultants - Internet Banking / e-Channels- (BC/INT/03)
You
will be responsible for all pre-sales activities to sell our
Finacle e-Channels and Finacle e-Corporate products to global
customers. You will also be responsible for providing surround
consulting services to our existing clients and map their
needs to our products. The role will provide you rich exposure
to banking practices globally and requires international travel.
An understanding of J2EE/. Net technologies, while not mandatory,
will be useful. For these positions,
you need to have:
- 5-10
years' relevant experience in the banking /IT industry
- Good
business understanding of e-Channels for banking
- Good
Knowledge of Internet applications and services
- Excellent
Communication and Presentation skills
Technical Specialists/ Module Leaders/ Project Leaders-
(MLPL/03)
We
require software professionals with experience of 3-5 years'
in the industry with the following skill set combinations.
- EAI
specialists with experience in BizTalk, TIBCO, MQSeries
in financial institutions
prior
exposure to banking will be a great advantage.
