Center in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
ERP
professional and DBAs
You will be entrusted with the task of interacting and directly
working with Oracle’s global customers. Constantly keeping
in touch with them over the Internet. Helping to understand, and
always prepared to solve, all their issues-regarding usage and
maintenance of products. Delivering quick, effective solutions
each time .You will be expected to forge strong and lasting ties
with customers, to build their trust, and thereby maintain high
customer satisfaction levels. In essence, you will be taking complete
ownership of customer issues-from end to end.
1.Oracle Application Technology Support:
Total Experience: Min: 2 years, Max: 5 years.
B.Tech. / MCA with Apps DBA knowledge in two or more areas mentioned
below:
1.
Installiation, Upgrade, Troubleshooting of Apps 10.7 11i Concurrent
Manager setup, Printer Setup, Workflow, Alert, Flexfields Setup,
Forms and Reports Registration in Apps In addition to this knowledge
in one or more areas mentioned below is strongly desirable:

Oracle Server Concepts
3.
Unix user level commands
SQL;
PL/SQL
2.Oracle DBAs:
Total
Experience: Min: 2 years, Max: 6 years.
B.Tech./
M/Tech./MCA with strong technical experience as a DBA on Oracle
8i/9i. Strong UNIX OS experience. Having experience on C, PL/SQL
would be advantageous.
3.Manufacturing ERP Support:
Total Experience: Min: 1 years, Max:
3 years.
B.Tech./ MBA with strong configuration, customization, maintenance
and functional experience in Oracle/SAP/JD Edward/MFG PRO manufacturing
ERP product. People with experience in developing manufacturing
applications using Oracle technologies (Oracle Database, PL/SQL
and Forms/Reports) will be also be considered.
4.
Financial ERP Support:
Total Experience: Min: 1 years, Max: 3 years.
CA/MBA (Finance)/B.Tech. with configuration, customization, maintenance
experience in Oracle/ Baan /SAP/JD Edward Financial ERP product.
People with experience in developing financial applications using
Oracle Technologies (Oracle Database, PL/ SQL and Forms/Reports)
will be also be considered.
Additional
skills for all the above:
- Strong
troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential.

Good teamwork skills.
