Support Contact Center based at Chennai.
Help Desk Engineers:
Technical expertise in Hardware Engineering, OS, Networking.
Proficient in trouble shooting of Desktops / Palm/ Laptops. Candidates
with 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience.
Customer Support Executives:
Candidates with right attitude and believe in customer delight thru
service. Good listening and interpersonal skill, sensitive to overseas
customer with ability of multi tasking. Familiarity of MS office
and aptitude to work with CRM tools.
Team Leaders:
Proven team management and customer relation skills. Accountable
for day-to-day operations, performance metrics and process. Candidates
with relevant experience of 2-4 years in ITES industry.
Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English is
a must for all the positions.
