Head - Telecom Infrastructure
(Code: SSO1):

With the ability to handle strategic planning, implementation, training coordination, process formulation & deployment, resource & vendor management, cross-team interaction, and multiple data center-global support coordination. Someone wholeheartedly committed to achieving the best performance levels & continuous process improvement.

Skills:
  • Technical knowledge of ACD, MUX & other call center technologies
  • Ability to manage a large team of engineers & provide support to internal customers in PC & Server H/W, PLC, Links etc.
  • Strategizing, planning and scheduling

Experience:

  • 8-10 years track recod of performing within highly result-driven organizations in the industry
  • 2-4 years must be in ITES/BPO industry in a technically leading role
  • Hands-on experience in 24x7 Support
  • Managing WAN, Telecom & LAN networks
  • As Lead, managing & mentoring large teams
  • DR planning/ Implementation
  • Capacity planning

Network Support Specialists / Engineers
(Code: SS02):

With the ability to efficiently interface with Us-based customers, provide remote technical support to products & applications and resolve product related issues through research & troubleshooting.

Skills:

  • Debugging hardware & software system level problems in a multi-vendor & multi protocol network environment
  • Bridging & switching, VLANs, STP,LACP, tagging, trunking, TCP/IP
  • Expertise in IP addressing, VLSM, CIDR
  • Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in Ethernet, Token ring, ATM, FDDI, IP, IPX & frame relay technologies
  • Routing protocols - RIP, OSPF, BGP v4, WAN-T1/ T3/ Sonet, PPP, Frame Relay & ATM

Technical Support Engineers (Code: SS03)
With excellent understanding of computer hardware, LAN & networking fundamentals.

Skills:
Troubleshooting networking equipments, particularly router, switches, modems, network interface cards etc.

Experience:
With following OS's: Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP environments

Telecom Support Specialists Engineers (Code:SS04):

with ability to resolve customer product issues through research using appropriate user guides, manuals, product release notes & troubleshooting guidelines; or using troubleshooting tools from the E11/T1 stable.

Skills:

  • PBX/Key systems, including carrier class switch hardware & software installation, Octel/other voice mail systems
  • Internetworking concepts including switching and routing
  • Carrier rules , regulations & service procedures of multinational carriers & PTTs
  • LAN/WAN protocols & topologies
  • Unix & associated software packages used in unified messaging, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) & multimedia content delivery
  • Strong product knowledge on any of the following: Alcatel 4200/4300/4400, Siemens, Nortel Meridian M1 PBX platforms, Lucent / Avaya definity PBX platforms, Cortelco, NEC, Mitel, or other major PBX platforms

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (including debugging telecom systems)
  • Minimum 3 years at Level II/III capacity (in Complex Installationn and troubleshooting of PBX Systems).

Telecom / Datacom Trainers (Code: SS05)

Who think logically, communicate clearly & diplomatically with strong organizational & detail-oriented skills; deliver instructor-led training sessions; assist in developing new training courses & updating existing ones. Ability to develop & maintain our FAQ solutions database for ongoing support and provide regular report & analysis to improve our education program, essential.

Skills:

  • Expertise in routing protocols - RIP,OSPF,BGP V4, WAN-T1/T3/Sonet, PPP, Frame relay & AATM
  • Knowledge in bridging & switching, VLANs, STP, LACP, tagging, trunking, TCP/IP

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in technical field
  • At least one year of software teaching experience
