We are currently looking for outstanding professionals to partner us in one of our most exciting projects in Business Process Outsourcing for banking customers. Working very closely with our development and IT Consulting team the opportunities for learning and growth that TCS will offer to these professionals is unlimited.

Openings exists at Group Manager, Transition Manager, Operations Manager, Team Manager and Team Leader levels.

Educational Qualifications:
Group Managers need to be an MBA / CA / ICWA / CAIIB from a reputed institute with excellent academic record. For all other openings a Bachelors degree with relevant experience will suffice.

Experience:
Group Managers will need to have 8-12 years experience, Transition Managers / Operations Managers 4-10 years & team Managers / Team Leaders 2-6 years experience. Professionals who have worked in a Back Office Processing environment will have a definite advantage.

You must have excellent communication and team management skills. You must be highly flexible and adaptable to any situation and have working knowledge on computers.

You must have in-depth knowledge of the back-office functions of a typical banking set-up. Specific focus on Payments, Business Banking and Lending is a must. Your knowledge of process transition, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), consolidating & monitoring projects with accurate Management Information (MI) and automated banking operations must be second to none.

International exposure and a good domain knowledge will be an added advantage.

Location: All the above positions are based out of our Development Centre located in
Chennai.
