Project Managers - Code: PM
Experience in client management, process-driven software engineering
and quality management is a must. Capability to manage large engagements
and evaluate commercial and technical feasibility should be evidenced.
Must possess technical skills to review project teams.
Experience: 10+ years.
Architects - Code: AR
Ability to independently envision and lead the architecture and design
of technically complex software projects is essential to this role.
Experience should include responsibility for architecture across real
life, large scale, and business-critical projects. Knowledge of UML
is an advantage.
Experience: 10+ years.
Tech Leads - Code: PL
Ability to design software solutions and provide hands- on guidance
to software development teams is essential. Team management and expertise
in process driven software engineering are essential. In-depth technical
skills in one or more of the following is preferred-UML / OOAD / RDBMS
/ EAI / client-server or n-tier application development.
Experience: 6-9 years.
Test Leads - Code: TL
Ability to ensure defect-free deliveries of complex software solutions
to the client through comprehensive testing is essential. Expertise
in test automation and testing tools is preferred. Responsibilities
include test planning, leading the testing of mission-critical and
high-volume/high-availability projects.
Experience: 6-9 years.
Software Engineers - Code: SE
An understanding of software engineering principles, ability to grasp
new technologies and build innovative, efficient code is a must. Responsibilities
include low level design, unit test planning, development, code review
and unit testing.
Experience: 3-5 years.
Test Engineers - Code: TE
An appreciation of software engineering processes, experience in writing
test scripts and test cases, executing tests and test result reporting
is essential. Experience with test tools and test automation is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years.
For all the above positions, experience in the IT industry is a must.
Prior experience in any Microsoft technology, especially .NET will
