We are looking out for motivated Project Leaders and R&D Engineers
to expand our R&D Center in Bangalore. The goal of the R&D
Center in Bangalore is to design and develop leading edge products.
Current projects include Residential Gateway, 802.11 Access Controller,
IPBX, VoIP System On Chip. It is an opportunity to work with a team
that has developed VoIP and Networking products for Indian as well
as International markets.

Project Leaders / R&D Engineers
Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate in Electronics
/ Computer Science Engineering from a reputed institute.
Essentials: Expert in software design and development
using C. Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack and exposure to Linux.
Proven expertise in any of the following technologies will meet
our immediate requirements at our R&D Center in Bangalore.
Routing Protocols: RIP, OSPF, BGP, QOS, PIM, DVMRP
Bridging Protocols: 802.1D, 802.1Q, 802.1W, 802.1S, 802.1X,
802.3ad
Network Protocols: Firewall/NAT, VPN, IPSEC, L2TP, PPP, DHCP
Authentication Protocols: RADIUS, LDAP, TACACS, Kerberos
OS Skills: Linux internals, Kernel mode programming, Device
drivers for any Embedded Linux such as Montavista/Lineo
Wireless Skills: Fax & Email over GSM, SMS, MMS, EMS,
Sync ML, Games
IP Centric PBX/ACDS: SIP based voice mail, IVR and ACDS,
Voice XML, Web based GUI
Video over Packet: H.263, H.264, JPEG, MPEG- 2/4
