The Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Group at Satyam is now looking for program Managers, Project Managers, Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Data Modelers, Business Analysts, ETL experts and OLAP experts to augment our winning team at our development facilities in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.

Program Managers/Project Managers (Code: PgM/PM):

• Successful track record in leading strategic initiatives and managing ROI expectations
  
• Experience in full- life cycle Data Warehousing implementations.
  
• PMI certifications
  
• Practicing consultants from large consulting firms with experience in managing international projects. Business acumen and strong domain expertise in any key vertical.
  

Technical Architects (Code: TA):

• Experience in designing the technology blueprint and architecting back room and front room technical design
  
• Experience in evaluating and recommending capacity planning strategies
  
• Ability to mentor DW consultants on technology aspects
  
• Similar experience in non-Data Warehousing environment.
  

Solutions Architects (Code: SA):

• Experience in understanding client's technology requirements, providing guidance in selecting the right solution for DW & BI engagements from a strategy road map perspective
  
• Similar experience in architecting solutions for other disciplines such as OOAD/ /SSAD/SDLC.
  

Data Modeler (Code: DM):

• Experience in Dimensional and Data Modeling in a DW environment
  
• Data Modeling experience in OLTP environment with experience in at least one of the following: Erwin, Designer 2000, Rational Rose.
  

Business Analyst (code: BA):

• Successful track record in understanding business requirements and giving the business perspective to the design process for DW&BI engagements
  
• Experience in analyzing business requirements for ERP/CRM/ other solutions.
  

ETL experts (Code: ETL):

• Experience in at least one of the following: Informatica / Ascential Data Stage / Oracle Warehousing Builder /Acta / SAS / MS DTS / ETI
  
• Experience in data integration projects using tools and languages such as PL/SQL/ProC/VC++/MFC.
  

OLAP experts (Code: OLAP):

• Experience in at least on of the following: Business objects suite/ COGNOS suite/Micro Strategy suite/ Oracle 9i OLAP/ Hyperion suite/ Brio/ SAS/ Sagent/Web Focus/SAP BW/MS OLAP/ Actuate/ Oracle Express/ Oracle Discoverer/Oracle Reports/Kalido
• End-user experience in understanding and designing user interfaces using languages and tools such as ASP/JSP/Java/MFC/Borland C++/Borland VB.
  

EXPERIENCE: For position PgM/PM, you should have 14-17 years of experience. For the remaining positions, you should have 2-10 years of experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: MBA degree holders can apply for Positions PgM/PM and BA. For the remaining positions, you should hold a BE/MCA/MS Comp. Science/MS IT degree with an impeccable academic record.
