Help Desk Executives - Over 6 months of experience
in Hardware, OS and in Desktop / Laptop troubleshooting, preferably
with MCSE / MCP/ A+ certification.
Senior Help Desk Executives - Over 2 years
of experience in Hardware, OS and Networking. Good at processes,
quality initiative with supervisory skills.
Sutherland will provide all your training
for your new position.
Team Leaders - TL's will oversee the day-to-day
operations & processes. Implement Hardware, OS and Networking
related trouble shooting techniques. Candidates must have over 4
years of experience, out of which at least 2 years should be in
a supervisory role.
Team Managers - TM's will manage operations,
processes, quality systems and team performance. They will be fully
responsible for program specific KPI's & SLA's. We welcome candidates
from FMCG, Manufacturing & Customer Service Industry, with over
6 years of experience.
