As
a Project Manager you would require to have 6-10 years of software
experience in a reputed organization, with the ability to lead and
motivate high potential project teams.
As
a programmer Analyst you would require 3 - 5 years of Software experience
in a reputed organization.
For
the above positions, you will need to be a BE/ MCA with an
excellent academic record. Exposure to formal quality processes
and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts is necessary.
