we are looking for professionals to play the following
roles:
Project Manager:
As a Project Manager you would require to have 6 to 10 years
of Software experience in reputed organizations, with the ability
to lead and motivate high potential project teams. You would be
responsible for preparing project plans, executing and monitoring
projects, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality processes.
You would also define project team organization,
allocate and monitor tasks to team members.
Programmer Analyst:
As a Programmer Analyst you would require to have
3 to 5 years of Software experience in reputed organizations,
with the ability to manage sub teams within projects and focus on
technical reviews, coding and configuration control.
For both the positions you will need to be a BE/ MCA with
an excellent academic record.
Exposure to formal quality processes and a strong foundation in
SDLC concepts is necessary.
