• Perforamance Testing & Funcitional Testing- (Skill Code: PTFT-01) Load Runner, Winrunner,Silk Performer,Silk Test,Rational Test Suit,Web Load experience and Performance Tuning expertise

• Domain- (Skill Code: Domn-01) Industry experience (Non IT in Retail/Corporate Banking, Securities, Retail and Distrubution, Travel and Tourism, Healthcare, Bio-technology, Life Sciences, Media & Entertainment, Transportation & Logistics and e-Governance with hands on exposure to technology.

• Globus- (Skill Code: GLOB-01)

For these positions, you need to have between 3 - 10 years of software, consulting or domain experience in a reputed organization. Depending on the role sought, you will need to have the ability to work with, lead, or motivate high potential project teams.

You also need to be a BE / MCA / MBA with an excellent academic record. Exposure to formal quality processes and a strong foundation in SDLC concepts or Business Process knowledge is necessary.
