We are looking for:
Senior Project Managers:
You should be technically sound and have a successful track
record of managing large scale / multiple projects and technical
teams. Strong conceptual knowledge of technology and IT trends with
experience in handling system development projects on an end-to-end
basis are essential.
You should be a BE / MBA / B.Tech / MCA with 12-15
years experience in IT development with strong technical, communication,
analytical and people / project management skills. Experience in
the Banking industry and IBM technologies will be an added advantage.
Solutions Architect:
You should be technically sound with high awareness of technology
trends, strong design skills, knowledge of UML and design patterns.
You should be a BE / B.Tech / MCA with 8-10 years
experience in the software industry, with at least 4 years experience
in Solutions Architecture in a reputed software company. You should
have a strong foundation in more than one technology with knowledge
of SDLC and project management/delivery.
You should have implementation experience in software
application servers, portal tools, legacy modernisation projects
and J2EE / AS400 / IBM mainframes platforms. Banking industry experience
and familiarity with IBM technologies will be an advantage.
Project Managers: You
should have a proven record of managing teams to deliver robust
and high quality solutions. You will be responsible for meeting
quality standards, project reporting, delivery and client expectations.
You should be a BE / MBA / B.Tech / MCA with 8-10
years experience in software development projects with any of the
following skills sets - IBM Mainframe or AS400, J2EE Technologies.
You should have strong technical, analytical and people / project
management capabilities. Experience in developing Banking systems
would be an advantage.
Software Engineers / Senior
Software Engineers / Project Leaders: You should be a
BE / B.Tech / MCA with 2-8 years software development experience
in any of the following skill sets.
Mainframe :
MVS, Cobol, DB2, CICS
AS400 :
RPG / ILE, Cobol, DB2/400
J2EE Technologies : JSP, Servlet, XML, Websphere, Visual
Age for Java.
