Desk Engineers:
Technical Expertise in Hardware/
OS/ Networking.
Expertise in Laptop Hardware preferred.
Troubleshooting Hardware Problems.
Voice Support for Technical Help Desk.
Experience: Min 1 year
of Technical Expertise in Hardware.
2. Team Leaders:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of
the Team.
Ensuring Team members meet required Metrics.
Implementing Trouble Shooting Techniques.
Demonstrate advanced technical proficiencies.
Experience: 3-5 years
of experience in Customer Support.
3. Team Managers:
Possess Leadership Qualities & Team
Building Skills.
Responsible for Program Specific KPI's
& SLA's
Experience in Contact Center oriented Quality
Systems (Six Sigma, COPC) is preferred.
Write Periodic Performance Reviews.
Interface with Client Operations.
Experience: About 5-7
years if experience with atleast 2-5 years in Supervisory/ Management
roles.
4. Technical Trainers:
Very high proficiency in Hardware with
multiple Operating Systems Skill (Windows OS, Windows NT, Novell)
MS Office Suite.
Networking (LAN/ WAN/ PC)
Responsible for evaluating individual requirements
through Skill Gap Analysis.
Manage Organizational Skill Matrix.
Experience:3-5 years
of experience in training Hardware Engineers.
Pre-requisites for the Positions.
Graduate/ Post Graduates/ Diploma/ other
Computer Related Streams with Hardware Knowledge.
Excellent Communication
Skills.
