The key focus
would be on creating, nurturing and sustaining a service
excellence culture in order to meet customer satisfaction
measures set from time to time. Responsibilities include
managing Call Centre and Show room operations and all other
areas which involve customer interface.
You
should preferably have a PG qualification in Management,
with 6 to 8 years’ experience predominantly in the service
industry, of which at least 2 years should have been in
the customer care function in a managerial role. You must
be strong on processes and systems and should be well acquainted
with customer satisfaction measures.
