The candidate should be a B.Tech/M.Tech. with
8-12 years experience, of which at least 5 years should
be in:
- Design/development of software
using VC++, VB, COM, OLE and XML tools/technologies

developing 3-tier applications, specifically CRM, web applications

Under general supervision, may be assigned specific duties
related to all types of recruitment and interviewing activities
necessary to fulfill manpower requirements, participates in
the development of Job description, establishing effective

or any other training programs.
In consultation with the HR Manager, may administer and coordinate
Performance Appraisals and employee relation activities and

Manager - Human Resources

Be responsible for the day to day functions of Human Resources
Department.
Assists Senior/ Executive Managers in tactical implementations
relating to specific strategy. Records organisation policy
suggestions from employees.
Directs staff in Human Resources Department in executing different
tasks necessary for the function and takes the administrative
responsibility of respective staff.
Plans and carries out specific day to day activities of Human
Resources. The activities may include one or more of the following:
Staffing, Induction program, Training programs, Performance
Appraisals - mechanism, record & tracking, Employee relation/
counseling activities, Maintaining Job Description Manual,
Maintaining Organisation Policy Manual, Tracking Transfers
and Deputation, Tracks promotions & Salary revision, Payroll
administration, General Library Management etc.
The incumbent must be able to deal effectively with people,
communicate clearly and exercise discretion and judgement
in people related matters. The incumbent is expected to effectively
support the Senior/ Executive Manager in influencing the judgement
and decision of management in the assigned area of Human Resources
responsibilities.
The candidate should have a personnel management degree and
minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Human Resources
function.
