Software Analyst /Senior Software Analyst
(Job Code: SA1)
The candidate should be a B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil /Geotechnology /Computers /Water Resource Management with 2- 4 years hands-on experience in programming using C, C++

Software Analyst/Senior Software Analyst
(Job Code: OS 1)
The candidate should be a B.Tech/M.Tech. (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics), with 2-4 years’ experience in Windows and network programming using C on WinNT/ UNIX/ Linux operating systems.

Exposure to Windows NT drivers/OS programming/ Network File System drivers/ Kerbel device drivers. Network Provider/ API/ Win32 multithread programming/ NT File System security, is essential.

Manager Technical (Job Code: MT 1)
The candidate should be a B.Tech/M.Tech. with
8-12 years’ experience, of which at least 5 years should be in:

  • Design/development of software using VC++, VB, COM, OLE and XML tools/technologies
  • Data modeling using OMT tools, developing 3-tier applications, specifically CRM, web applications
  • Managing software development projects


The candidate should have an ability to:

  • Understand and analyze customer specifications/ requirements
  • Design using object-oriented methodologies
  • Provide technical direction to teams engaged in product engineering/ development/ support review and evaluate performance
  • Proven leadership/ people management skills are a must

Management Assistant - Human Resources
(Job Code: HR 1)

Under general supervision, may be assigned specific duties related to all types of recruitment and interviewing activities necessary to fulfill manpower requirements, participates in the development of Job description, establishing effective communication

with the employees, managing the HR employee data base and the salary database, implementation of company policies and implementation of induction or any other training programs.

In consultation with the HR Manager, may administer and coordinate Performance Appraisals and employee relation activities and other duties required in the Human Resource Department.

The candidate should have a Postgraduate degree in HR management with 2 - 3 years relevant experience.

Asst. Manager - Human Resources
(Job Code: HR 2)

Be responsible for the day to day functions of Human Resources Department.

Assists Senior/ Executive Managers in tactical implementations relating to specific strategy. Records organisation policy suggestions from employees.

Directs staff in Human Resources Department in executing different tasks necessary for the function and takes the administrative responsibility of respective staff.

Plans and carries out specific day to day activities of Human Resources. The activities may include one or more of the following:

Staffing, Induction program, Training programs, Performance Appraisals - mechanism, record & tracking, Employee relation/ counseling activities, Maintaining Job Description Manual, Maintaining Organisation Policy Manual, Tracking Transfers and Deputation, Tracks promotions & Salary revision, Payroll administration, General Library Management etc.

The incumbent must be able to deal effectively with people, communicate clearly and exercise discretion and judgement in people related matters. The incumbent is expected to effectively support the Senior/ Executive Manager in influencing the judgement and decision of management in the assigned area of Human Resources responsibilities.

The candidate should have a personnel management degree and minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Human Resources function.
