You:
•
Are
a person between 34 and 40 years
•
Have
at least 12 years of experience
•
Including
about 5 years in leading Software Development Projects
•
No
novice to development tools, project management tools, quality systems
(ISO/ CMM), development
methodologies and progress monitoring and reporting.
•
Know
everything about people handling like motivation, work allocation,
conflict management, training
needs identification and performance appraisals
•
Can
communicate well via the written or spoken word in English,
•
Can
handle Conferences, presentations and meetings with Panache
•
Are
respected and looked upon as a great colleague, a good leader and
a perfect mentor.
You should
be a Graduate/ Post Graduate Qualification in Engineering or Science
and it would be great if you have given the time and effort to be
qualified in CPIM, PMI or as a CQA.
