Satyam GE Software Services Ltd., known as ‘GE-India Design Center’, is a joint venture between Satyam Computer Services Ltd. and GE Industrial Systems. Satyam is a SEI-CMM Level 5 integrated software solutions provider and GE Industrial Systems is a subsidiary of the General Electric, USA, with Year 2000 revenues of $ 130 billion.

The India Design Center is the single largest Development Center of GE Industrial Systems, outside USA.GE-IDC is involved in design and development of new products and executes software projects related to Industrial Systems in the areas of Real Time, Systems Software, Embedded Control Systems, Power Electronics,Digital Electronics, e-Commerce, Oracle Applications, SAP and Open Systems.
