Software Engineers / Team Leads / Project Managers

Sr. Software Engineers: 2+ years of relevant experience.
Team Leads: 3+ years of relevant experience with leadership responsibilities.
Project Managers: 5+ years of relevant experience in designing large software systems.
B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ Ph.D. (Computer Science, Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation / Control Engineering Aerospace / Avionics or Electrical Background) or MCA with the mentioned skills.

Embedded Systems Technologies (Code : EST)

Experience in Real Time Systems Design, Development & Verification (using C, C++, PASCAL, Ada, UML, OOAD)

Exposure to Real Time Operating Systems such as Vx Works / pSOS / iRMX / NT-RTX etc.,

Firmware development using C, C++, Assembly language with Intel & Motorola Processors and Microcontrollers

Experience in using debuggers and emulators

With minimum 2+ relevant years of experience

Microsoft Based Technologies (Code : MBT)

Software development experience in VC++/ MFC/ COM/ DCOM/ ATL/ XML/ MTS/ MSMQ/ Win SDK

Experience in System Integration (preferably Industrial Protocols) using C++ and COM

Web based development on Site server/Web application using Active X components /ASP / COM / DCOM /JAVA / Javascript / VB script / SQL Server

Strong background in OOAD & UML is necessary

Exposure to interfacing to Real Time Systems would be an advantage

With minimum 2+ relevant years of experience

Java Based Technologies (Code : JBT)

Experience on J2EE platform with skills in JAVA / EJB / JSP / XML

Experience in JAVA / JAVASWING / XML

With minimum 4+ relevant years of experience

Unix Based Development (Code : UBT)

Very good knowledge of C++ development with CORBA

Strong background in OOAD & UML is necessary

Exposure to OO databases and interfacing to Real Time Systems would be an advantage

Exposure to STL and Design Patterns preferred

With minimum 2+ relevant years of experience



Middleware Research (Code : MR)

Competence in innovation of algorithms for Middleware in distributed, heterogenous, internet based systems

Conceptualising and developing new techniques in Real Time Middleware

Knowledge in developing and deploying productivity improvement tools will be a plus

E-Automation Research (Code : ER)

Competence in innovation of algorithms for Internet / Wireless communication networks

Conceptualising and developing innovative products / component methodologies

Knowledge of architectures such as COM / CORBA / JAVABEANS / JINI / UPNP

Senior profiles with Ph.D. and industrial exposure preferred for Research positions

Software application development and expertise in Avionics, Petrochemical, Chemical, Paper & Pulp and Power domains will be an added advantage.
