The Resume Search option is used for sifting through the database of Public Resumes (those that are open to view by Employers) and Masked Resumes (those resumes whose contact information has been hidden and only the skills and/or job experience is available for view).
Remember to begin your search as wide as possible by entering a generic skill and then adding words to narrow it down to specific resumes.
You can further cull the resumes that you want to see by selecting the Resume Characteristics such as industry, experience level and how much travel the candidate is willing to do.
The Target Location fields are optional and you may specify the area (City, State, Country) where the candidate is to be searched from.
You may also specify the compensation that you are interested in and the software will match the commensurate résumés that fulfill the criteria.
