Lycos Network Sites to Feature 250,000 Top Job Listings.
ATLANTA & WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 2000--
Headhunter.net (NASDAQ:HHNT), a leading online awareness and recruiting
site, and Terra Lycos (NASDAQ:TRLY), the leading global Internet
network, today announced an agreement to integrate career-focused
products and services into the sites of the Lycos Network. Headhunter.net
will make extensive job listing and career development content
available to the nearly 33 million monthly visitors to the Lycos
Network on a new co-branded site, and will make payments to Terra
Lycos for the integration.

to a recent survey, more than 5.2 million Lycos Network users
say they will look for a new job within 12 months(1). The agreement
will enable the Lycos Network to offer their users direct access
to Headhunter.net's full menu of jobs. Headhunter.net's integrated
content and personalization services will be included in Lycos
Network sites including Lycos Classifieds, Lycos.com and HotBot
search results, My Lycos and relevant Lycos Network content destinations--such
as Small Business and Travel.
