Eligibility:
1. Indian professionals worldwide, 18 years of age
or above at the time of registration (or thereafter) are eligible
to participate in the career catalyst programme.
2. Multiple registrations by the same person are not
permitted.
Selection:
1. The programme will run for a total time period of
10 weeks starting 12th March 2001.
2. The final list of referrals will be awarded the
gifts once the programme is completed.
3. The selection of the winners is at the discretion
of careermosaicindia.com and the decision of the career catalyst
team is final.
Prizes:
1. Prize(s) will be awarded based on the number of
registrations received from each referrer.
2. Prize(s) cannot be exchanged nor redeemed for cash.
3. Applicable income-tax, if any, on the prize(s) will
be the liability of the winner(s) and if the Sponsor is liable
to make any withholding under the applicable tax laws of India,
the prize will be distributed net of taxes.
4. In relation to any and all prizes in kind, no warranty
whatsoever (including but not limited to warranty of fitness,
use or otherwise whatsoever) is offered by the Sponsor. Any
warranty offered by the manufacturer(s) of the prize item(s)
may be availed of by the winner directly from/ against the
manufacturer and the Sponsor shall not, in any manner, be
responsible or liable in relation to nor concerned with any
such warranty.
5. All prizes will be sent to the mailing address of
the winner entered in the relative field in the registration
form. The postal/courier/ other delivery service shall be
deemed to be the agent of the winner and the Sponsor's responsibility
shall (and shall always be deemed to) end on handing over
of the related item to such service. Sponsor is not responsible
for any loss/ deterioration/ destruction/ damage in transit.
Communications:
1. All communications shall be by email.
2. The Sponsor shall not provide nor issue any receipts
or acknowledgement.
3. The Sponsor shall communicate only at the email
address provided in the relative field in the registration
form.
4. Any communication sent by the Sponsor shall be deemed
to have been received by the recipient when the communication
has been input into the Sponsor's system for transmission.
5. Any communication to the Sponsor shall be deemed
to have been received by the Sponsor only when received on
the system of the Sponsor. 6. The Sponsor's systems log will
be final, binding and conclusive.
Warranties:
1. He/She has read and understood the terms and conditions
and agrees to be bound thereby.
2. The entrant accepts that the Sponsor may, at any
time, alter all or any of the terms and conditions.
3. The entrant accepts that the terms and conditions
shall be displayed on the site and on and from such display
each entrant shall have and in any event shall be deemed to
have notice of the terms and conditions. The Sponsor is not
under any obligation or requirement to otherwise notify the
same to the user/ registrant.
4. The terms and conditions (including any changes)
are effective from the date and time when displayed on the
site and forthwith bind each user/ registrant.
5. All information provided in the registration form
is true and correct.
6. If at any time any information provided becomes
or is likely to become inaccurate, the user will promptly
update the registration form.
7. If at any time any information provided to the Sponsor
is found to be incorrect the registration will be cancelled
without any notice or information and without the Sponsor
being under any obligation to provide reasons for cancellation.
